• Bible requests: Your name, email, delivery address, and how you heard about the offer.
• Contact messages: Your name, email, and the message you send us.
• Volunteer applications: Your name, email, phone number, areas of interest, and your message.
• Mission members: Your first name and email address when you join our mission to reach 1 million people.

Why we collect it

• To review, select and respond to questions submitted for our programmes.
• To process and deliver free Bible requests to your address.
• To reply to messages you send us through the contact form.
• To assess and respond to volunteer applications.
• To count and acknowledge participation in our mission.
• Where you have given separate consent, to send you ongoing content and resources.

Legal basis

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the relevant permission or consent box on each form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. We also process limited data where it is necessary to take steps at your request (for example, to deliver a Bible you have asked for).

How we use your questions

When you submit a question and give permission for it to be used, your question — or an edited version of it — may be featured in our programmes and online content. Your personal information (such as your name or email) will not be publicly shared unless separate permission has been obtained.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected. Questions may be retained for editorial reference across future seasons. Delivery details for Bible requests are kept until fulfilment is complete and then securely deleted, unless you have asked to remain on our mailing list.

Sharing your data

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share it with trusted third parties only where necessary to deliver a service you have requested (for example, a fulfilment partner for Bible deliveries) or where we are legally required to do so. Any such partner is bound by confidentiality and GDPR obligations.

Your rights

• Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Ask us to delete your data (“right to be forgotten”).
